Excel APPCRASH error

I have a user that is trying to copy a page from a workbook to move to another workbook and is receiving the following error:

She told me she has done this action many times, but for some reason this error popped up recently.   I have tried repairing Microsoft Office but the issue still persists. I have not tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office yet.

    Ok, so please before uninstall it following steps

    .            Run OffCat tool.  Check any pending updates for excel. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/detail...)  

    2.            Install Excel updates. Check and confirm Windows/ Antivirus is up to date. 

    3.            Install latest Graphic drivers.    (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2813143)  

    4.            Restart the computer.  

    5.            Disable Hardware graphics acceleration. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2768648)  

    6.            Delete temp files. Start - run - %temp%  

    7.            Delete Win temp files. Start - run - %windir%\temp 

    8.            Open excel in safe mode (start run – excel /safe ) to check for third party Add-ins. Uncheck all Add-ins you find.

    Hello Josh, I could see on teh picture that some of the add-ins has been disabled for Excel, tell me if you disable those add-ins from excel, also try to open excel in safe mode from run, hold windows key + R then type excel /safe then check and remove all add-ins in safe mode if exist any

    The error is not for Mac, it is for Windows.

    I see on the error that the Excel version is for Mac, please proceed to completely remove Office then install it back
