Sharepoint mobile app language

Hello,

I have recently installed a series of apps on my phone as I am testing various functionalities.

I have installed Sharepoint, Outlook Groups, Microsoft Teams, and Yammer and logged on to them with the same account.

Strangely Sharepoint and Outlook groups have been installed in Portuguese, while the others were installed in English. The installation in English is the expected behaviour  as all my other apps so far (outlook, word, excel) have been installed in English.

In the settings of these apps I could not find a way  of changing the language...

Any ideas?

    Hi Nsgma,

    I suggest you try change system language to check if the programs’ languages are changed:

    1. Swipe from right to left across the screen to open the Applications list.
    2. Type Settings in the search box.
    3. Tap Settings.
    4. Tap Time & language.
    5. Tap Language.
    6. Tap + Add languages.
    7. Select the language you want to add, and confirm.
    8. Tap Yes to start the download.
    9. Tap Restart phone to apply the change.

    If the issue still exists, I need to confirm which language display when you open SharePoint online.

    Besides, I need to check if you install all programs at the same time.

    Hello Qing,

    Thank you for having a look at this.

    1. I have installed the apps on Lumia 730 Dual Phone running Windows 10.
    2. My Store is under my outlook.com identity but I logged into the app with my business Premium O365 account.
    3. Windows 10
    4. I attach The screenshots of Outlook Groups and Sharepoint Apps (in portuguese) and of Microsoft Teams (in english)

    To better understand the situation, could you please provide the following information?

    1. Where did you install the apps?
    2. Which account did you sign into, Microsoft account or Work/school account?
    3. The OS version.
    4. The screenshot of Portuguese language and English Language.
