Hi,

I have just change to a new PC ,

I using MS Excel to print my invoice and after changing to this new PC with this New MS office home and student 2016 I am facing problem.

I am using Epson LQ-310 dot matrix printing. Every time it leave a big space before it start printing then it will p

print to 2th page, then 2th page it leave a big space again and the printing go into 3nd page. I have do the paper size setting and is not working, I have update the printer driver is not working .

What shout I do?  I attach photo of the old PC print out VS the new PC print out

    Hi,

    Thanks for the replay,

    I have try page margins to Normal, Wide, Narrow and Custom Margins all are not working.

    I try using other HP Ink printer and print on a A4 paper it also have space at the top on all the page it print.

    Hi,

    One of the possible reasons why this issue occurs is when the page margins have been misconfigured. To modify page margins to your preferred option, we recommend that you follow the steps provided on this link. The article will provide you information on how to change or set page margins to Normal, Wide, or Narrow. There is also a Custom Margins option that you can choose to enter the margin sizes that you want.
