Application permission denied

Hello!

We recently created a Microsoft OneDrive integration and one of the clients that is attempting to use the integration is running into the following error with the following information:

Is this something that we (Slack) can fix for the client, or is this something that our client needs to fix? Thank you!

    Navigate to Enterprise applications in the Azure AD portal:

    Select the issued app "OneDrive for Slack", click the Properties and make sure "Enabled for users to sign-in" is set to Yes and save it:
