Instaling Office from Home Use Program - Error code 0-1012-(0)

Hi,

I am having hard time to install Office Professional Plus 2016 I got from:

using my working email.

I tried to follow ALL of tips from here

So I did:

System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)

Clearing the disk

Check the lan proxy

Disabling the firewall

Removing antivirus

Done factory recovery - moved from Win 10 back to Win 7 since factory recovery was Win 7

I have enough disk space (well over 80gb), tried multiple different wifi networks.

After purchasing Office from

I got link link to install, download the installer

but after trying all those tricks about I still end up with 

Error code 0-1012-(0) 

Moreover, I have Microsoft account using @gmail but cannot link my working with my @gmail since it says my working email does not have an account but when trying to create an account using my working email it says this email address is in use.

Thus, I was not able to get offline isntaller.

    Try following -

    1. Disable Antivirus and Firewall and any other security software.
    2. Use Easy Fix tool to remove any previous version or previous leftover of installations.

    Ill suggest to uninstall Office complete, following this article with the easy tool fix : https://support.office.com/en-us/article/uninst...

    After that reboot you PC and try to install it again.

    After that create a new user profile then try to install office again
