I have tried several times now to install Office to my computer and each time I get an error message that says:

Couldn't stream Office

Sorry, we ran into a problem streaming Office. Please try again later.

Go online for additional help.

Error Code: 30179-25

Searching the internet for answers has solved nothing. I have tried with the firewall off, with all anti-virus software off. I tried a Office uninstall thing from another post, and nothing seems to work. Hopefully someone can help, as I can't even seem to find this error code on Microsoft's pages.

I believe so because it is installing nearly 2gb to c:/program files (x86)/ by default in my case and there is no option to choose install directory with the installer, and may very well need more in temporary storage to decompress etc

Make sure that your install drive (c:) is not full.

If you do not have enough disk space it will fail to "stream" but not give you any warning to indicate that.

Using the "fix" didn't do anything, in my case there was never an older version to remove anyway. But i had under 3gb of space left.

Once i had cleared some space it worked straight away.

Try disabling your anti-virus software if you have one. If you got no anti-virus software on your PC, kindly disable Windows Defender. To do so, open Windows Defender by searching Windows Defender in the search box and toggle it off.

Let us know if this resolves your issue.

Thanks for taking some time out of your day to review and help with this issues. I have run the easy fix tool, restarted as it requested, and then tried to install with a fresh download of the install. I am still running into the same error code.
