Good morning --- No, my issue is not resolved and I am not sure how to answer your question. My Computer rebooted and I lost the LoggingPlatform.DLL file from my computer. It tells me to reload it but I am not sure how to do that. I have tried to download a now OneDrive client but my computer tells me it is already loaded with a newer copy and to remove it. Not sure what I need to do.. I am running Windows 7 professional with Office 365.
Can you help me please?
Steve
Hi Stephen,
To clarify the issue, I’d like you to confirm and provide the following.
Thanks,
Cliff
Hi Steve,
From your description, it seems that you are using OneDrive for Business 2016. We have released a new OneDrive sync client which performs sync more reliably than it. It seems that you have installed it. Please check if the data online is fine. If yes, use the new OneDrive sync client to see the result. Meanwhile, upload a screenshot showing the version of the OneDrive sync client you are using.
Thanks,
Cliff
