word online error message

hi, I am using word online through my one drive and it goes to open the document brings it up and then an error message comes up saying sorry we ran into a problem?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

    1. Try in different browsers.
    2. Clear the cache and cookies in your browsers.
    3. Also you need to make sure that the document is not password protected

    Let me know the result whether it works or not.
