Sharing a Sway

Hi,

In the past I was able to share sways with other people who did not have an office 365 account.

However, now I am having problems sharing them as it keeps coming up with an error message and then a sign in is required.

I really enjoy using Sway and it find it an invaluable tool but I am disappointed that some people are unable to access them.

Am I doing something wrong?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Suzanna,

If you open the Share dropdown in a Sway that you have opened as the author, you can control your permissions there.  In order to make a Sway available outside of your Office 365 organization, select the available to anyone with a link option.  This is the default permission level for Office 365 Sways and always needs to be changed for external sharing.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

    Jason

    Hi Ginger,

It looks like your administrator for your organization has limited the sharing options to those two. This is a choice we offer on a tenant level for admins to improve security for the tenant/organization.

    Hope this helps,

    Harley

I am having the same issue.  Sharing with "anyone with a link" is no longer an option and it is frustrating to my students who can't see their review.

Help! How can I make this accessible to anyone wiht a link?

Suzanna, can you send back a screenshot of what you see in the Share dropdown and of the error that you see?  Which option causes the error?

    Hi Jason

Thanks for getting back to me.

Unfortunately I no longer have that option.  I can only share it with people in my organisation or with specific group/individual.  When i try the second option it appears as an error message.

    Thanks,

    Suzanna
