Onenote Sync error - Error Code 0x803D0000

Getting below error when trying to sync a Onenote file .

Copy/paste the link in browser opens the onenote file. Also tried solution in link https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/ie/en-US/e20e37be-fc3b-4188-b5ad-5131b9e37fc7/onenote-not-syncing-error-code-0x803d0000?forum=sharepointgeneral.

Any other solution team ?

    Thanks for the information. See if you are able to sync the file after moving (or copy-paste) the file on a different directory.

    Trying to sync the file saved in my PC locally. Issue occur for a specific file.

    Hello,

    We would just like to confirm, are you syncing OneNote on a SharePoint server like from the user from the TechNet forum post?

    Also, does this error occurs when trying to sync a specific OneNote file?
