Microsoft Excel Professional 2010 Hyperlink restricted

Hello Everyone,

I am facing a problem from yesterday regarding the Hyperlink in Excel sheet.

Actually i want to use hyperlink for another excel file but after insert path of that excel sheet when i click on link so error displayed saying * This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer, Please contact your system administrator*

I have tried these below methods but still my problem not resolved,

1. internet option > reset > than set program as default Internet explorer 
2. Excel > file > option > trust center > trust setting > protected view > uncheck and check both twice for just checking,

kindly please guide me how to resolve this issue i want to use hyperlink.

I am using Windows 8.1 and excel 2010 professional.
