Reference Issue in Word Document

While writing my paper, and inputting over 20 sources to reference, so far, I notice that the Reference page of my document is only listing the first author' last name and no other authors of the journal article or book. I've input the authors correctly, to the manager, and most have more than one or several authors. How can I get the reference page to list the authors correctly, and not just the last name of the first author?

If you've input your authors in the form:

    Abbot, J; Brown, K; Carroll, L; Dennis, C J; Edwards, J

    They should appear as:

Abbot, Brown, Carroll, Dennis, and Edwards

Your description suggests you've only used commas to separate the authors, whereas you need to use semi-colons.
