using Microsoft Forms, and would like to have a default value for a response passed as a query string value. For example, I can dynamically build the URL for a respondent and have it include their name or email address which my system knows.

Hi David,

Based on my test, it’s not feasible to set a default value as a query string value in Forms. In your example, the shared link is for all users. We cannot set it to be related with specific user using query string.

We understand form creator may want to create dynamic forms based on different respondents. It is suggested you submit your feedback viaForms Uservoice. This is the best way to let the related team hear your voice. Your good suggestions will help us perfect our products and services.

Thanks for your understanding.

Tim
