HI,
I have one Excel file which contains a lot of "checkbox" for end-users to enable/disable check mark (please see the image), four column and around 600 rows, but I found that if I increase the checkbox on Excel 2013/2016, it will slow down the performance when scrolling up/down the worksheet but the weird thing is when I try to open this file from Excel 2007, no such problem, can someone give advice what is going on for Excel 2013/2016? Computer is using Win7Pro / 8G RAM / i5 CPU

Hello,
We would like to know more about this concern. Kindly answer the following questions:
- What is the Office version you are using? (Home, Personal, Pro, for Business, etc.)
- Does this concern occur on other computers using Office 2013/2016?
- Are there functions or macros used for the file?
- How is the file saved and shared on other users?
Hi Dann,
Thanks your response, please see my reply in Itanlic:
Our office using MS Office 2007 / 2013 and 2016 home and business edition (no MS Office365)
Yes, I have tested 5 PCs, two PCs running Excel 2016, one PC running Excel 2013 and two PCs running Excel 2007, all are Win7Pro, 4 or 8 GB RAM, i5 CPU, after testing, same result.
no, we just enable/disable check mark only, no VBA, macros or any script or third-party Add-on.
The file is not share on other users and run it individually, no MS SharePoint in our office.
BTW, I found it someone had post this problem on other forum in 2011, it seems same case to me but he used Excel 2010!
