Office 2013 Professional was installed in a PC that had a hard disk crash. Thus, I cannot uninstall it from the crashed PC.
I tried to install the Office 2013 with the original product key but received an error code 0xc004e016.
Any idea what to do?

If Office 2013 was properly installed you should be able to install from your Office Account using the same email address and password that you used when you first installed your Office 2013. However, you may still need to contact Microsoft for assistance. See HERE
