Copy-paste doesn't work in Sway

Hi there,

I have a problem with my Sway web-version: It won't allow me to copy-paste anything! Not text, not photos. It simply won't work, regardless of whether I copy something internally from another card or from a word document. When I click paste, it tries to "think" for a moment, as there's a small grey see-through block that descends from the top, but then nothing happens.

Any solutions?

    Thank you Jason.

    I was using Internet Explorer, but I tried changing to Mozilla and it worked! So it has to be an issue with the browser.

    In IE I tried copying text within one card, like you suggested, and I was still unable to paste. This time I didn't get the grey block, just "waiting for Sway" on the browser tab.

    I think I'll work with another browser from now on, thanks for your help!

    Hi Elsa,

    What browser are you using?  What happens if you select text within a Text card, copy it, and try to paste it elsewhere within the same Text card?  Can you include a screenshot of the gray block?
