You mentioned that you have finally managed to do a backup after 3 attempts. We would like to clarify if this has somehow resolved the issue for you or if you are still getting the error messages. The code 0x8024002d is basically an error that is associated with update failure for Office 2010. The code 0x80070091 on the other hand, is an error associated with failure to do a System restore.
