Error in intgrating office365 account with our system

Hi everyone, actually we have developed internal system based on PHP as back-end , this system used to send notifications, we sending it using phpMailer as SMTP with Gmail account, then we decided to change the sender account from Gmail to Office365 as a more reliable and supported account , the problem is we get some times (not all time) this error :
SMTP -> ERROR: Password not accepted from server:
SMTP -> ERROR: RSET failed: 235 2.7.0 Authentication successful
