Excel line charts - using a numeric x-axis

I want to chart data over a range of temperatures.  The temperature range is -40 to +125.  My data is at -40, 0 25, 85 and 125.  When I use a line chart, I get five equally spaced CATEGORY labels.  This makes my data look wonky.  How can I produce a line chart where the x-axis accurately shows the spacing between the data points?

Use an xy-scatter chart type rather than Line.
