Application insight not showing data of all function apps

We have 14 function apps with a single app service plan (S2). And all function apps configured with single application insights. Initially, application insights were showing data for all function apps now it is showing only for one function apps.
I checked all configurations like APPINSIGHTS_INSTRUMENTATIONKEY in function apps configurations. All is looking fine.
When I go to the performance section and select roles then it shows only one function app name instead of all 14 apps

To better understand your scenario , can you please help confirm how you enabled monitoring is it via SDK or codeless ? and the language (node.js or .NET or other ?)
Usually Application Insights has a sampling feature that can protect you from producing too much telemetry data on completed executions at times of peak load. Sampling is enabled by default. If you appear to be missing data, you might need to adjust the sampling settings to fit your particular monitoring scenario. To learn more, see Configure sampling.
