http 404 error - MS Edge

I am unable to access my office 365 account getting the following error message HTTP404error Microsoft Edge.  I need to access this account immediately as my boss needs work done urgently.

    Hi Shona,

    There are a few possible reasons as to why you're getting an "HTTP 404 Error". One of the reasons is if you visit a URL for a default file that is located in a subfolder that does not exist in the virtual directory that is mapped to the handler.

    To better assist you with you with this issue, we would like to ask the following:

    • Is it only happening in Edge?
    • How long have you been receiving the error?
    • Do you remember making any changes prior to the issue?
