my  template has a content control box for TItle so I do not have to type it every time again. HOwever, I do not manage to write in superscript in it without having the whole sentence being in superscript (e.g. blablablabla - 2nd part: blablabla). I want the 'nd' of second to be in superscript but how to do so in this content control box?

To do that, you would need to use a Rich Text content control, not a Plain Text content control.
