Error: "Microsoft couldn't activate your time-based license because the activation server reported an error" when trying to activate Office 2013 Professional Plus

Hi,

I tried to activate Office 2013 Professional Plus but it said: "Microsoft couldn't activate your time-based license because the activation server reported an error". I have a product key, but even I tried to convert the trial to full product, IT DOESN'T WORK (It shows a green tick, and then when I tried to click "Install" it doesn't do anything.

I downloaded Office from the Office website (www.office.com) and I have an image proof that I downloaded Office 2013 from the Office website.

Can anyone help me? Thank you very much.

    This happen when you install trial version though your account on more than one computer. You are allowed only one trial version installation for Office Professional Plus.

    If your problem is still not fixed -

    1. First try to repair your installation - First try Quick Repair (takes 5 - 10 mins) , if that doesn't help then try Online Repair (Takes more than 30 mins but less than 1 hour in general)
