Adding Custom Caption to Table

My current heading style is as follows

 Heading 1 - 1 AaBbCc

 Heading 2 - 1.1 AaBbCc

 Heading 3 - 1.1.1 AaBbCc

I have a table under Heading 3 and I would like the caption to automatically be

Table 1.1.1-1 <Caption>

What settings do I need to do to get this output?

Microsoft 365 and Office | Word | For home | Windows

In the Caption dialog box, select the Table caption and click the Numbering button. Select "Include chapter number" and then choose "Heading 3" in the "Chapter starts with style" drop down. Note that the setting will apply to all Table captions, once you have changed it.
