Send Email Notification V3 successful but user didnt get the email

I have a flow which has been working perfectly fine. It uses Send an Email Notification V3 a few times in the flow.

  1. to a shared inbox
  2. a personal inbox
  3. A Teams channel

This was working find until yesterday when only the Teams channel received the email. The flow run successfully and green ticks against all 3 email steps.

The flow itself would not have reached 100 limit (it has not been triggered enough in 24 hours). Is this limit based on the individual flow or do all flows made by me factor into it?

I have set up a very basic button trigger flow today and used it to send an email v3 and the shared inbox has received it so I dont believe the unsubscribe button has been used.

What could be causing this?
