“Executive” is the name of one of our the worksheets in your file. You will see that name on one of the tabs at the bottom of the screen. “E31” refers to cell E31 on that worksheet.

    It is referring to cell E31 in a sheet named "Executive"

    The convention is =SheetName!CellReference
