Hello. I've rebooted 3 times, doesn't solve problem.  Running 2 monitors on Windows 7 Enterprise :( .  OneNote opens but immediately moves to right of screen, not visible on either screen.  Cannot find to move window to either screen.  Any ideas?  Thank you!

Hi Jones,

If you right-click a program on the taskbar and there are Maximize and Move options in your Windows 7 Enterprise, please use any of the following methods:

Method 1

  1. Start the program.
  2. Right-click the program on the taskbar, and then click Maximize.
  3. Right-click a blank area of the taskbar, and then click Cascade Windows.
  4. Resize the program's window as appropriate.

Method 2

  1. Start the program.
  2. Right-click the program on the taskbar, and then click Move.
  3. Move the mouse pointer to the middle of the screen.
  4. Use the ARROW keys on the keyboard to move the program window to a viewable area on the screen.
  5. Press ENTER.
  6. Resize the window as appropriate.

Besides, please provide the following information to help further investigation:

  1. Did OneNote work properly on your Windows 7 with 2 monitors before? What actions did you do recently before the issue occurred for the first time?
  2. Does the issue occur to other Office applications?
  3. If you remove one monitor, does the issue occur?
  4. Your Office version (File > Account > Product Information). Please capture a screenshot of Product Information.

Thanks,

Tina
