Hi Neha,

My team is experiencing the same issue.

if have up to 30 sales people who need to use the app for reporting, however, some are able to access the app and others receive the glitch also.

Is there an update or something that needs to happen?

please let me know!

regards

Venessa

Hi Venessa,

As mentioned by Bdknutson, try adding the users to the top-level site. Once the users are given the access to top-level site, they’ll not get this error anymore.

This solution has been confirmed by another user in this thread.

Thanks,

Neha

Try going to the top of the sharepoint site tree. Invite those users to the site and have them sign out and in again on the mobile app. Should work, fixed it for me today so im a happy camper.
