Researcher missing

I have the latest version of OneNote Windows 10 + an office 365 subscription.

In the blog post it's said that the researcher should be visible in the INSERT section.

However nothing appears.

BTW: Meeting details isn't working either.

Does anyone have a solution?

Thanks for answering

Researcher is only available in languages such as English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese. We encourage you to submit a feedback about this by clicking here. You can also check if somebody else has already offered the same suggestion. You can vote for it or leave a comment.

Feel free to post back if you have further concerns.

Thank you.

    Hi Hans,

We encourage you to submit your issue using the Feedback Hub.  You can either vote on an existing submission or submit a new issue. When you submit a feedback item we gather additional details and information about your issue that will help determine what’s causing it and address it. Feedback items regularly receive Microsoft responses on the submissions in the Feedback app so you can see what we are doing about your feedback. Please revisit frequently to see the status of your feedback items.

For more information on Feedback Hub, see our support article and YouTube video.

In order to submit new feedback. Please follow these steps:

    1. On a Windows 10 device, search for Feedback Hub in Cortana search, then launch the app.
    2. Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.
    3. Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.
    4. Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when you're done.
    5. Once you've completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
    6. Click Continue using feedback Hub.
    7. Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you submitted (it may take a while to appear).
    8. Open the item you submitted, then click Share.
    9. Click Copy link, then paste the link here in your response.

    Regards.

Unfortunately that answer doesn't convince me. Switching to English settings, provides the same problem, as testified by the screenshot.

The problem doesn't exits in the language of Researcher. I do have the researcher in word and it works very well, although not in my native language. The input is English, but that doesn't matter.

Perhaps the real problem is, that researcher is only for insiders fast ring. I am on the slow ring. That isn't stated on the website of OneNote, but I think that's really the case.

    Please, conform it is!

Otherwise I would like tot have somewhat more information

    Thanks for your attention.

    Hans

    Hi,

Thank you for your answer. But the problem is, that I don't see it in de WINDOWS STORE APP. I do understand that it isn't implemented in de OneNote 2016 app.

But I SHOULD seed it in my OneNote Windows 10 app. The problem is that I don't see it there.

    Hans

    Hi,

The Researcher feature gives you the ability to find quotes, sources, and images to start your outline. To help you find this feature on your end, we'd like you to check if you're possibly using the OneNote 2016 desktop app, which is part of your Office subscription, or the OneNote default app. Below is a screenshot of the two programs:

Regarding your concern with meeting details, we'd like to know how it is working on your end. Let us know if it is giving you incomplete meeting details or any error messages.

We look forward to your response.

    Thank you.
