Cannot select payment method when I am trying to upgrade from office 365 personal to home

After buying office 365 personal, I decided to upgrade to home. However, after going to https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/store/buy/checkout, I couldn't select the payment method. This is what happened:

After pressing "use this payment method" and selecting my card plus ticking the tick-box next to the read microsoft's terms of sale thing, pressing "buy now" displayed an error saying I must select a payment method ect. This didn't happen before. Please help.

Edit:

On the top of the screen it said "somethng went wrong".

When I clicked "view details" it said "give it another try". Must be some technical error or something.

Hi Ray,

There could be some glitch on the system which interrupts you in purchasing. We suggest that you perform a clean boot on your PC and use a different browser.

Clean boot will start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and start up programs. It will also eliminate software conflicts that could occur when you install a program, or an update, or when you run a program in Windows.

Note: After clean boot troubleshooting steps, refer to the section "How to reset the computer to start as usual after troubleshooting with clean boot" in the provided link to return your computer to Normal startup mode.

If the same issue persists, please use a different browser and check if it helps.
