Hi all,

Question about SharePoint invitations

When I'm logged in as an administrator, and I invite a person I normally get a confirmation of that invite in my email box. We have multiple administrators and when somebody else invites a person,  only that person will get an confirmation of the invite but the other administrators don't.  Is it possible to arrange a flow that sends me a mail when a new member is invited to a team site? Or is there any other way to manage this?

Thanks,

Vincent

Hi Vincent,

It is not feasible to receive email when others share the site with interior users.

If you share with exterior users, you can check it follow the steps:

  1. Click Settings>select site settings.
  2. Select Access requests and invitations.
  3. You can check it as below:

You also can check who share the site with users by audit log.

Please refer to the following article:

Search the audit log in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center

Given the situation, we suggest you vote for your requirement to UserVoice, which will help better our products and services.
