    For better assistance, we have split you to this new thread.

    May I know which Office 365 subscription are you using? Please login to OWA > click your Office 365 account, and then choose My account > click Subscription. Please provide us a screenshot about the Licenses in the Subscription page for further assistance.

    And, before the "Correlation ID" appeared, what settings had you done? Do you also need change the payment method?

    Or, other detailed information about this issue would be helpful.
