Sorry for my english I am French.

Interesting. Not what I expected to see. What I expected to see was something like this Office 365 (2013) Home image:

    https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV...

This capture is for a significantly different 365 bundle, so the display may not match yours. It is more like what I was hoping to see:

    https://www.bing.com/images/search?view=detailV...

It clearly shows that the insatallation is not activated. On that basis, it hints to me that your installation IS activated. But I can't say for sure.

I have a 1-time payment license so we can't compare what is shown on my "Account" pane to yours. I've googled looking for images have not found one like yours.

Now you need to log in to the MyAccount site and see what it says.

The first page should show you what type of license you have and the number of install counts you have, and have used.

If you click on the install button you should see something like this:

    http://cdn3.tekrevue.com/wp-content/uploads/201...

It shows that this license has been installed on one computer already. There is also a "deactivate" link if you want to remove your license from that specific computer.

    Hello,

Yes, you will have to activate it with the provided O365 username and password.

Thank you very much from your answers !

I looked the "account" tab in Word and I've seen absolutely nothing saying that it is activated.

Also, nothing saying it is not, everything seems to work but I am not sure.

    What do you think ?

In your start menu type "Word". Then click on the word icon if it displays.

if word starts up, go to File menu > Account command.

Under the orange "Office" logo it will tell you if your installation is activated.

    Go to the HTTPS://OFFICE.COM/MYACCOUNT page

    log in

It should show which computers you have Office installed on.

To your question, it is only normal if you have not installed Office on any computers. But that page gets "stupid" sometimes and forgets how to count properly. I have seen other reports of "0 of 5" counts even though it was installed on one computer at the time. Another report I saw, with a screen capture, a count of "8 of 5" used on a license that only allowed 2 ...

    Hello Jack. I'm Rey.

If the count is in 0 most of the time means that the product has not been activated yet.

Please follow the below link to Activate Office:
