Export eDiscovery error - No ResourceManager storage account is available in to perform the action.

Anyone encountered this?  THe user running it is a eDiscovery Manager.  I have tried multiple PST options but all immediately return this error:

No ResourceManager storage account is available in to perform the action.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For home | Windows

Hi There - The issue has went away.  Exports work fine today.  It seems that there was some transient problem yesterday with Microsoft.  No changes were made on our side.

    Thanks for your post. For further help, may I know more information about this issue:

    1.       Please provide more detailed information about error message or some screenshots about this issue for further analysis.

    2.       Can you help us to confirm the detailed steps about you export eDiscovery search results to a PST file?

    3.       For this issue, please help us to try delete and re-create the default discovery mailbox in Exchange with PowerShell:

    ·         Connect to Exchange online

    ·         Delete the default discovery mailbox

    ·         Re-create the default discovery mailbox

    ·         assign the Discovery Management role group permissions to open the default discovery mailbox and view search results

    Meanwhile, you can also check this article, this may help you to export the results to PST file.
