Hi,

When I open a Power Point Presentation  that has been created by another co-worker, Word opens it in protected view and the formatting looks fine, single spaced Arial 10 font everything looks good. When I click on the "Enable Editing button, the formatting changes to be multi-line spacing (1.15) and Calibri font.

I'm using POWER POINT 2010.

Why does the Presentation do this?

Thank you for your assistance.

    1. We have a server based system in which user log-in on different servers randomly. it has been observed that this problem is being  faced on all servers except one.  All servers are identical in terms of Operating System (Windows Server 2008) and Microsoft Office 2010. Moreover No changes were made to servers prior to this problem.
    2. I tried to uncheck Automatically update document stylesunder "Document Templates"  in Developer Tab, However, unlike MS Word i couldn't find that option in Power Point. Next i reinstall MS Office 2010 on affected servers, but problem still persists.
    3. Issue was noticed earlier but now it's affecting nearly all ppt files. The Scale has gone wide.
    4. It's not the first time we encountered this problem.
    5. I'll share screen shots after approval form concerns authorities.

    Hope this will clarify.

    Best Regards
