The list of Countries you see are the non-filtered values in the active column.
If you want to copy them to another sheet, go back to the sheet.
Select the column and copy/paste to the other sheet.

I have a spreadsheet with dropdown boxes with several options
I
want to be able to copy the options for use in a column on another sheet in the same workbook. Is it possible?

Thanks citrus responding Gordon but it is not the values not the column I want but the list I showed in the image above.
I do not understand your needs.
Hopefully someone can assist you.

Perhaps I was not clear.
The graphic shows the various variables, in this case, different countries. I want to use the list as a column of row labels
The spreadsheet I am working on has data validation on all of its 50 or so columns which I have to use as row labels, hence my interest in seeing if this can be done more effectively than typing out each label manually
Hope this clarifies what I want to do
Do you want to copy a filtered list and paste elsewhere?
Advance Filter on the column to obtain a unique list of countries then
F5>Special>Visible cells only>OK to select the unique list
Copy then switch sheets and select A1 and paste to get a column of the unique values or paste special>transpose>Ok to get a row of the values.
