OneNote Section File Corrupted

My OneNote is up to date but I receive a message in the Notebook while attempting to sync all pages in one section of one Notebook that says "It looks like this section file is corrupted.  OneNote might be able to fix it, but you should avoid working here in the meantime."  This has not changed in nearly a month.  When syncing, I get the following error message "It looks like this section file is corrupted. OneNote might be able to fix it, but you should avoid working here in the meantime. (Error code: 0xE00001BB)".  How can I resolve this?

    Hi Steve,

Thank you for providing us all those information. Since you've already reinstalled the OneNote application, we recommend that you download and install the OneNote Diagnostic Tool. This tool will collect information regarding OneNote and what's causing the issue. You will be asked to recreate the problem so that the tool will be able to capture the error and some of the pertinent information connected with it. After collecting the error logs, it will ask you for your name and email address so our OneNote team will be able to reach you. To download the tool, click on this link and follow the steps provided. Once installed, you will be able to access the tool via this path: C:\Program Files (x86)\OneNoteDiagnostics\OneNoteDiagnostics.exe.

Let us know if you need further assistance using the tool.

Thanks for your suggestions, but I still have the same issue.

I was not able to open OneNote in Safe Mode using either approach since I never got a window asking if I wanted to open in Safe Mode.  The issue is only on one of my Notebooks (all others are fine) and is only in one section (all pages) of that Notebook; all other Sections are fine.  When I go to OneNote Online, the version is outdated and not in sync with my laptop.  My phone has the most current version of all pages in the corrupted section.

Here is what I have done so far to troubleshoot.  Performed a Quick Repair and an online repair.  I have uninstalled all Office products and reinstalled them.  Still no change in the condition.  There is a fair amount of data in this Section, so I am hoping I do not have to completely delete the section and recreate it.  Any suggestions for next steps?

    Thanks.
