[SOLVED] "Onenote cannot open the requested package file"

Hi All,

I am dealing with one of our teachers and she is having issues when opening her planning in a one note file.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue;

When opening the document, this comes up twice....

Then another error comes up and the document wont open

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hi,

This issue may occur if the system doesn't recognize the document saved to OneNote. We suggest performing a repair for Office application by following the troubleshooting steps provided on this link. It's a tool created for any Office issues.
