Always enable External Data Connections

I know how to always enable external Data Connections in Excel 2016 for PC but cannot seem to find anything on how to do it for MAC. Is it possible to always enable data connections without having to click that yellow bar that says enable content.

I don't think this is possible like Windows. Looked into all possible options.

Let's see if some other expert can come up with a way.

    E is correct. You can't disable that bar,

    Go to Developer Tab click "Addins" go to store and look for Stock Connector. See that will do what you need. Also, Check to see if you have this:
