Thank you for your prompt reply. We'd like to know if all the Office 2016 applications can't be updated or if this is just happening on a specific application.

Meanwhile, we suggest that you check this article and perform the troubleshooting steps given and see if there will be any changes.

    Kindly get back to us.

    Hello Gerard,

Windows 10 periodically checks for updates so you don’t have to. When an update is available, it’s automatically downloaded and installed, keeping your device up to date with the latest features. For us to help you with your Windows 10 concern, we'd like to ask a few questions for clarification. Kindly answer the following:

    • Are you getting an error message whenever you try to update your Windows 10?
    • How are you updating your Windows 10?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We'll be waiting for your reply.

I appear to be receiving Windows 10 updates OK but I cannot receive Office 16 updates, no matter how I try, when I the header "UPDATES AVAILABLE" appears and I click "update now".
