Hi Eric,
First, I suggest you perform the following steps to enable sync SharePoint library and OneDrive for Business library with the new OneDrive sync client.
- Navigate to Control panel > Programs > uninstall a program > uninstall all Microsoft OneDrive if there is one.
- Use Internet Explorer open this link, and perform steps in the Test SharePoint Online sync for Windows part.
a. Download and install the latest OneDrive sync client for Windows.
b. Download and open TeamSiteSyncPreview.reg to enable SharePoint document library sync.
c. Restart the sync client:
If the issue persists, I would like to confirm the following information:
- Some screenshots of the error messages.
- A screenshot of the OneDrive version you are using.
- Do all SharePoint libraries have the same issue? Or just when you sync OneDrive for business folders
