I had the same problem in Mac. I uninstalled the clipper extension, and reinstalled. It worked.

    Hello Sergey,

You can add the live.com and onenote.com to trusted sites if you are having the issue when using Internet Explorer. Check if it will help resolve your concern when trying to use the OneNote Web Clipper on the said browser.

    1. Open your Internet Explorer.
    2. Click the gear icon.
    3. Select Internet Options and then go to Security tab.
    4. Select the Trusted sites, click the Sites button and then add https://*.live.com and https://*.onenote.com one at a time.
    5. Click Close.
    6. Select OK to confirm the changes made.

Feel free to let us know the result for us to further assist you.
