Office Applications Crashing

Hello,

Have an issue with excel crashing regularly and appears to be affecting other office apps now.

Word has crashed, outlook has also crashed.

Win 10 64bit

issue was present with office 2013 32bit, now updated to 0365 32bit issue still present.

Completed unistall of office before reinstalling.

Tried repair, tried running as admin.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    Hi Nathan,

    Please make sure you have tried the following steps one by one and share the result with us:

    1. Run Office apps in safe mode to determine if it’s caused by add-ins or extension.
    2. Create a new account in Windows and sign in the account to run Office apps.
    3. Perform a clean boot to eliminate software conflicts.

    Applications still crashing, affecting word aswell.

    OS is win10 64bit updated to latest build.

    Hi Nathan,

    I suggest you firstly try the following steps:

    1. Refer to Martin’s reply in this thread to see if it works.
    2. Run Office apps in safe mode.

    To help us clarify your scenario, please provide some more information:

    1. Does the issue occur to other apps except Office apps?
    2. The OS version.
