Change Comment Indicator Color in Excel

I have one (hopefully) simple question:  is it possible to change the color of the comment indicator in Excel?

It's always a bright red triangle, and sometimes I need to add a comment to a cell that's already shaded red...however no one can then tell there's a comment in that particular cell.
