hello our external website and internal domain are using the same domain name.

users are not able to browse this website internally.

How do we fix this issue? struggling to find the solution , Please help!!

I think if you configure DNS incorrect, it may lead to this problem.

You can open DNS manager, expand the server and expand the Forward Lookup Zones. You can see your domain in it.

Then check if you have a "www" A record normally, and check if you configure the ip address correctly.

Apart from this, please also check if there is any limit (such as firewall of your intranet).
