Share Point Login Error

I am unable to access SharePoint. When I attempt to open up the application, I get an error screen that says "We couldn't load the activities right now. Please refresh the page and try again" along with some ice cream cone icons...

Any help would be appreciated!

Hi April,

By "open up the application", if you mean the on-premises SharePoint server, I suggest you post a new thread in our SharePoint TechNet forum for further investigation. It's the specific channel that handles on-premises SharePoint server related questions and issues. Thanks for your understanding.

If you mean the SharePoint tile in Office 365 portal (SharePoint Online), a similar issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident SP128971. The user experience of this incident is: Administrators may be unable to view the Admin center. Tenant administrators can view current information and updates on SHD at the link here.

If you are using SharePoint Online but not affected by this SIE, please share with us a screenshot of the error message.
