OneNote not saving, shows "Unsaved changes"

I have used OneNote for years and have tried every workaround that has worked under previous circumstances. It is happening across multiple notebooks when accessing them from both mac and windows desktops, windows phones and android phones. It does not give an error message, just "unsaved changes" in read and a yellow box stating "can not save page planner" Any of the modified text in the OneNote then also turn red once modified or a box gets checked. This is a web version of OneNote and not the desktop application. Other employee's are also now having issues. Mine started 7/22/17
