I won't bother the forum with a very long story about how my computer's user identity became corrupted and how a tech had to create a new identity and port my stuff over to it. The computer is more or less back to normal. However, when I open a Word document, a pop-up window appears, labeled "Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications." The text in the box says: "Compile error in hidden module: AZWizardModul. This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible with the version, platform or architecture of this application. Click 'Help' for information on how to correct this error." If I click "OK," the box goes away, and I can continue with Word.
When I click "Help," I'm sent to a Microsoft page which "explains" that the "error exists in the VBA code inside a protected (hidden) module." It goes on to say: "If you have access to the VBA code in the document or project, unprotect the module, and then run the code again to view the specific error."
Needless to say, I know doodly-squat about VBA codes or hidden modules or how to unprotect them. The pop-up window is an annoyance, and I'd like it to stop. I've uninstalled Office 2016 and reinstalled it, but still the little window persists. If anyone has insight, I will appreciate help. Thanks.

A miracle! It worked! I'm grateful that there's a forum to consult and that there are people who have answers. I'm baffled why Microsoft comes up with a solution that is not a solution. And they do it again and again. Why not just state what the solution actually is and be done with it? Why create a page that purports to answer the question but actually just causes more confusion?
