Reenable warnings when saving a CSV file?

We had a user bit by the "No warnings when saving a CSV file" update from July 2016.

User opened CSV > add tab > save > close > tab gone. This feature is by design.

Is there a way to reenable this warning so that when they open a CSV without realizing it, it warns them before they lose data?

Actually when I checked the Uservoice forum you've provided on this thread https://excel.uservoice.com/forums/304921-excel-for-windows-desktop-application/suggestions/10550424-no-more-warnings-about-saving-as-csv-especially-w

There are some people who are also asking about the said business bar or the non-intrusive business bar, I've even tried it on Excel but I don't see it myself, I hope Microsoft will correct this or at least educate us about it..

Thanks. Do you have any more info on the Business Bar?

I can't seem to find anything on it.

As to what I've read on the Uservoice, Microsoft admin says:

Instead, we’ve added a non-intrusive business bar (that you can ignore if you choose) that let’s you quickly Save As the file if you have made changes that are not savable in CSV; if you ignore it and just Save, we’ll just save out the CSV values as you’d expect.

We actually rolled this out starting on August 13, 2016 with build 16.0.7167.2040 for O365 users. Later builds have this update as well of course.

Make sure that you have the said build mentioned on all the devices you will use.. Also check the non-intrusive business bar mentioned as well
