I have just started using Sway for a newsletter.  I started with the Internal Newsletter template.

1.  How do I change the First template picture? in the first heading?

2.  How do I copy and paste written information into the text box inside Sway?

3.  Why is the video frame different from the frame it was when I uploaded the video?

    There are two expand/collapse buttons, be sure you're expanding the Details one first.  Once you do, you should be able to get to the image card.  See this image:

    I can not delete the heading photo.  It deletes everything.  I only want to change the blue background.

    Hi Lois,

    1. If you select the title/heading card, an expand arrow will appear on the upper left of it.  Expand it and then you can get to the image portion and delete it.
    2. Copy/paste of text into a text box should work as you expect.  You can also select a card or cards and use Ctrl+c to copy and Ctrl+v to past the entire card(s).
    3. I'm not sure I fully understand your question.  Can you include a screenshot of what you are seeing and what you saw and I can take a look.
